Experienced hosts with unique skills
We are long term property owners with rentals in Austin and Puerto Rico. We have dealt with everything from unruly guests to hurricanes. There’s a time and a place for bringing in the professionals but the majority of issues that come up during a guests stay at my STR can be dealt with quickly and affordably. Waiting a day or more for A/C repair or plumbing issues - because its the weekend and no one wants to come out - your guest is going to leave and want a refund. The most common issue can be dealt with by someone with basic handyman skills (me!), so the issue is dealt with quickly and affordably. This makes for happy guests.
